The Lrd has really been talking to me a lot lately about dragons. Well, at the end of another vision i had earlier this year there was a large dragon being slowly pulled out of my head. So, seeing a dragon wasn't particularly strange but it was gold and really made me think of an idol... no bueno.
As i was praying about it at IHOP it turned at looked at me and said, 'what are you going to do?' I know enough to not start a conversation with a demon so i just told a 'what are you going to do' spirit to leave in the name of Jesus. Nothing, i went through a list of spirits i thought could be related to it but didn't really get a big release.
What the Lrd revealed to me was that its gold color and blue eyes symbolize this idol is something that is attractive to me that i actually believe it is good and right...
So, i'm kinda at a loss here folks. What can you do when you believe your motives are righteous but really are founded on sin? It's a bit of a tricky one... because it's hard to hear from the Lrd when you simply disagree with Him, but hearing from Him is the only way to be delivered!
Any ideas?
I'll be praying for you and about it, Jeremy. It's a hard spot to be in, but also good, because you're asking questions and wanting deliverance.
ReplyDeleteSo, the common explanation of this is what's called a familiar spirit. Things we grow up with and have had around so long that they simply seem like us. But the truth is they are not us. We are not the evil they want us to believe we are. They are the evil and Jesus has given us authority over all of them!! Wooohooo!!
ReplyDeleteHad a good deliverance session with John today. Don't think its all gone quite yet but i can now hear the difference between my voice and it's voice. Praise the Lrd! Complete deliverance is coming soon!!
